We love space and decided to devote a collection to Jupiter's moons.
Introducing.. Ganymede, which is the largest and most massive moon of Jupiter and in the Solar System. Named from the ancient greek God Zeus's cupbearer.
Finely crafted from Australian porcelain, this cup has nerikomi layers of coloured porcelain and various stoneware clays inlayed through its walls. Sourced from Queensland's Great Dividing Range, these cups have slices of raw volcanic minerals and clays. Those sparkling bits you see is granite.
Each cup is hand crafted by Larissa in her studio based on Tamborine Mountain, Queensland.

Polished and silky smooth porcelain with no glaze, but with Liquid Quartz sealer. The first unglazed ceramic sealer of its kind, Liquid Quartz is a non-toxic, food-safe, water based, permeating sealer that allows you to turn your unglazed ware into waterproof, & highly stain resistant functional tableware.
Fired to cone 10 which offers superior translucency, whiteness and strength.
Recommendation is to hand wash for a long & happy life.
